What Challenges Should You Expect?

While building a systems-driven real estate business, you’ll encounter some inevitable challenges along the way.

Luckily you don’t have to re-invent the wheel, and you can always look to those who have already overcome the same set of challenges.

Over the last several years running my business I have learned about the importance of building the proper systems to provide me the time and money freedom I have always wanted. Throughout this process, I have realized that no matter how many systems you have in place, if you don’t have the right people you are destined for failure.

Six Core Value Mini-Case Study:

Kevin Yoder has had struggles with his team from day 1 and recently in an interview with our members, Kevin discussed what happened when he finally followed these six core values. First Kevin started to lose team members and then he started to let team members go because they weren’t the right fit. He started this in 2016 and at the beginning of this year he started with only one agent, but that agent was the right fit. So now, even with starting the year with only one agent, Kevin is about to hire his sixth team member and is on track to have more than $1 Million in GCI this year.
