Stacie has always wanted to be in Real Estate. Her love for the business started as a kid when she rode around town on her bike, took pictures of interesting homes, and hung them on the bulletin board in her room.
While growing up, her parents bought, sold, and rented many homes. So, in college, she purchased her first home and rented it out to her friends. After graduating college with a Business Administration degree, she worked in corporate America. She knew that she wanted more and really loved helping people. Since she had some Real Estate experience and lived in a growing city, she immediately got licensed at 23, and within one year was owner of a highly successful team. While on that team, Stacie was hired by a coaching company to help with group coaching and enjoyed every minute of it.
In 2011, she and another agent started a top producing team, Peterson Goff Real Estate Experts. In just 5 short years, they have helped over 1,500 families and been ranked by the Wall Street Journal. Stacie is our Director of Coaching for Real Estate B-School. She has won multiple local and national awards in Real Estate, but is most proud of her nominations around community service. Most recently because of the systems and strategies she put in place, she was able to sell her 7 figure business. Stacie mentors beginning readers for the United Way, contributes to the Backpack program that feeds local children, is active in her church, and goes on mission trips to Haiti with her husband.
Stacie and her husband Seth have been happily married since 2005. They have been blessed with two amazing children, Cohen and Vivien.
Cliff comes to REBS with 30+ years of real estate and mortgage experience including 10 years as a professional coach. He has personally coached over 500 top real estate professionals across North America and his portfolio of clients range from sole practitioners to large teams generating over $150,000,000 in annual sales.
As a highly sought-after leader in his field, Cliff's main areas of focus and expertise include self-leadership mastery, business and strategic planning, people intelligence, team dynamics, best-of-breed lead generation systems, lead conversion, PPC, marketing, operations and finance. He is also a "trainer of trainers" and published author. As the producing owner/broker of a boutique firm in DFW, he pioneered the virtual brokerage model several years ago.
Cliff and his wonderful wife Karen have two high school senior daughters, a daughter at U.T. Austin and a son at Texas A&M. He has worked in and travelled extensively through Europe and Southern Africa. He earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a BSEE both from Rice University as well as a BSBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Currently on faculty as Associate Professor of Real Estate and Finance at Collin College, Cliff has also served at high leadership levels in local, state and national Realtor and mortgage broker associations.

Dale journey to becoming a trusted voice in lead generation began with a high school job in telemarketing. Fast-forward more than twenty years and Dale is now a celebrated author, speaker, and mentor in building and managing inside sales agent teams and lead generation.
As former Director of Lead Generation for a top-10 Keller Williams Realty expansion team, he was instrumental in more than doubling the team’s sales to over $200 million in just 3 years. Dale is a pioneer in crafting and leveraging inside sales in the real estate industry.
In his work as a realtor, coach, and trainer, Dale’s sweeping view of the real estate industry has led to his trusted reputation as the go-to voice in building and managing successful ISA teams.
Greg Miller has over 15 years of real estate experience. He is an Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate, owning and managing The Roy-Miller Team, which he built from the ground up. His team consists of multiple buyers agents, listing specialists, ISA’s and administrators. Greg's team is the top producers in their marketplace, and he is in the top 25 within the Berkshire Hathaway brand with 250-300 annual transactions for his systems-based team. Greg also invests in real estate, owns and manages rental property, and has a small construction business.
Greg’s strengths are personal development, systems, and low-cost tools that produce consistent results. His financial strengths include managing cash flow, investing, creating passive income and building wealth.
Greg is active within the real estate community. He’s a long-standing member of his association’s Risk Management Committee, served as President of his association in the recent past, is the Treasurer of Michigan Realtors Who Care (an association nonprofit), and is a board member of Fair Housing of Southwest Michigan. Greg is also an educator at the Michigan Real Estate Academy. He graduated from Western Michigan University.
Outside of real estate, you will find Greg with his wife and four children, volunteering as a ski patroller, or on the golf course.
Kendra has worked in many different environments over the years, from companies with over 300,000 employees to being self employed and building a company from scratch. Although she gained valuable experience working for corporate giants like Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems, her heart lies with the entrepreneurs and startups of the world.
It was the book ‘Traction’ that finally gave a name to what she was born to do and that was the title of “Integrator”. Taking the ideas and concepts of a visionary and turning them into a reality - not just a reality, but profitable and scalable.
Kendra has the unique experience of working in a virtual environment for over 14 years, and knows what it takes to successfully build and lead virtual teams. It’s the amazing team here at REBS that keeps her excited and motivated.
Although we are spread across multiple time zones, we are aligned with the same mission of service to our clients.
Kendra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Quantitative Studies. More importantly, she is a lifelong student, always seeking new ways to grow, and never wanting to be the smartest person in the room.
Recovering perfectionist! That is how Kendra would describe herself in two words. With her mantra, “Daily Imperfect Action” she is the biggest advocate for those tired of feeling “stuck” and ready to produce real change. She is all about helping others see the importance of taking calculated risks and constant movement forward.
When Kendra isn’t working from her home office in Carlsbad, CA, you will find her at the beach with her husband, Tim, and their two children, Hailey and Brayden.
